    Pumpernickel Cranberry Pudding

    1/2 cup whipping cream
    3/4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    2 slices pumpernickel bread, crumbed
    2/3 cup whole cranberry sauce

    Recipe



    Whip the cream until stiff. Gently fold in the sugar and vanilla extract.

    In 2 deep dessert dishes, (I use parfait glasses) make alternate layer of bread crumbs, cranberry sauce and whipped cream. End with the cream

    Chill at least 2 hours
