    1 lb-5 oz pumpkin puree
    1/4 tsp clove
    1/4 lb applesauce
    1-1/4 lb butter
    2-1/2 tsp nutmeg
    3 qt chicken stock
    2-1/2 tsp ginger
    1-1/2 cups brown sugar

    2 qts light cream for garnish

    Recipe



    Cook all ingredients till hot & smooth.
    Simmer 15 minutes. Finish with cream.
