    1- 16oz can pumpkin
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1 cup skim milk
    2 cups non-fat whipped topping

    Mix all ingredients together. Freeze according to ice cream makers directions. Makes 2 qts.
