    2 cups apple juice, chilled
    4 cups ginger ale or 7-Up, chilled
    1 cup vodka

    Hollow out a pumpkin. Pour apple juice, ginger ale and vodka into
    cavity. Refrigerate. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and a bit
    of grated fresh pumpkin if desired.
