Pumpkin Rum Pie

3 eggs
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups half & half (or heavy cream)
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup rum
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon mace
Recipe
Line a 9" pie pan with an unbaked pie crust and set aside.
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake for 35-40 minutes (insert knife in center of pie to test for doneness--if it comes out clean, the pie is done)
