    Pumpkin Whipped Cream Cake

    2 C. flour
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    2 C. sugar
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups canned pumpkin
    1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
    4 eggs, well beaten

    Mix the sugar, flour soda, cinnamon and salt until well combined. In a separate bowl mix the pumpkin, eggs and oil until blended. Combine the liquid and dry ingredients until well blended. Pour into a greased bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350F. degrees for about 1 hour. Sere with freshly made whipped cream
