    Sandy's Pumpkin Upside Down Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 package yellow cake mix
    1 (16 ounce) can of pumpkin
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 X 13 baking pan.
    Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour into pan.
    Beat together pumpkin, sugar, condensed milk and eggs. Pour over batter.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Let stand for 2 minutes.
    Invert cake and cut into squares.
    Top with whipped topping.
