List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fat-free egg substitute
2 cups skim milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup light rum (optional)
1/4 cup bourbon (optional)Recipe
Combine all ingredients in blender. Mix well. Chill at least 4 hours before serving. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired. Yield: 5 cups / 10 (1/2-cup) servings
