1 lb. cranberries
water
4 cups sugar
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 quarts ginger ale
ice cubes or crushed ice
3 small limes, sliced thin
Recipe
Cook cranberries with water to cover in a covered saucepan about 10 minutes or until skins pop. Put berries through a sieve or food mill and discard skins. Add sugar to water in pan and cook about 1 minute to dissolve sugar. Set aside until cool. Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl, adding ice cubes or crushed ice a few minutes before serving. Float lime slices on top. Makes 25-30 servings.
