    24-Hour Cranberry Salad

    2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed and coarsely chopped
    3 cups miniature marshmallows
    3/4 cup sugar **
    2 cups chopped apple (about 2 medium apples)
    1 cup seedless grapes
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup whipping cream, whipped

    ** 1/4 cup honey could be used (might need more or less than 1/4 cup)

    Recipe



    In large bowl, combine cranberries, marshmallows and sugar (or honey). Cover: refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Add apples, grapes, and walnuts. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate. Garnish if desired. Serves a large crowd.
