List of Ingredients




• 1 deep dish pie shell
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 6 T. butter, melted
• ½ cup sugar
• ¼ cup lt. brown sugar, firmly packed
• 3 T. bourbon
• 1 T. all-purpose flour
• 1 T. vanilla
• 1 ¼ cup coarsely chopped pecans
• ¾ cup semisweet choc. Chips


Recipe



Whisk together eggs, light corn syrup, and next 6 ingredients until mixture is smooth; stir in chopped pecans and choc. chips. Pour into piecrust.

Bake at 350º for one hour or until set. (I baked mine a little longer and had to cover it with alum foil to prevent the crust from burning.)
