Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie

� 1 deep dish pie shell
� 4 large eggs
� 1 cup light corn syrup
� 6 T. butter, melted
� � cup sugar
� � cup lt. brown sugar, firmly packed
� 3 T. bourbon
� 1 T. all-purpose flour
� 1 T. vanilla
� 1 � cup coarsely chopped pecans
� � cup semisweet choc. Chips
Recipe
Whisk together eggs, light corn syrup, and next 6 ingredients until mixture is smooth; stir in chopped pecans and choc. chips. Pour into piecrust.
Bake at 350� for one hour or until set. (I baked mine a little longer and had to cover it with alum foil to prevent the crust from burning.)
