    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c.commercial eggnog
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/4 c. bourbon
    1 c. whipping ceam, whipped
    1 (8-inch) chocolate crumb crust
    1 Tbsp chocolate shavings

    Recipe



    Dissolve gelatin in water; set aside.

    Combine eggnog and marshmallows in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows melt and mixture is smooth. Stir gelatin into eggnog mixture. Cool.

    Add bourbon, and stir well. Chill mixture until the consistency of unbeaten egg white. Fold half of whipped cream into eggnog mixture.

    Pour filling into crumb crust, and chill until set. Top with remaining whipped cream, and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
