    Christmas Eve Meatballs

    3 pounds ground beef
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 cups oatmeal
    3 eggs
    Onion salt, to taste
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon chili powder

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls. Place in 9x13-inch baking pan.

    Topping:
    2 cups ketchup
    2 tablespoons liquid smoke
    1 cup brown sugar.

    Combine ingredients and pour over meatballs in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
