Harvest Pie (Apple, Pear, Cranberry)

6 cups Gala apples, peeled and sliced
2 cups Bartlett pears, peeled and sliced
1/3 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
1 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoons butter
Recipe
Lightly grease pie plate with butter. Line pie plate with rolled or folded refrigerated pie crust. Mix apples, pears and cranberries and pour into pie plate lined with crust. In a bowl, combine sugar cornstarch, and cinnamon - mix well sprinkle over apple, pear, cranberry mixture. Dot with butter. Cover with remaining pie crust. Seal edges and vent top of pie. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sugar over top of pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
