Kahlua Candied Yams

4 med. sized yams
1/4 c butter
1/3 c brown sugar
1/4 c Kahlua
Recipe
Boil yams until tender but still firm. Peel and slice to desired size. In a heavy frying pan, melt butter and sugar. Add Kahlua; stir and cook for 1 minute. Add yams and turn to brown on all sides. Cover, reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes. Turn yams once more before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
