List of Ingredients
1 lb. uniformly sized, small white button mushroom caps, washed.
2/3 c. olive all
6 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. firmly chopped parsley
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
to taste freshly ground black popper
Recipe
Fill container with cleaned mushrooms. Process remaining ingredients in food processor or combine in small bowl with wire whisk. Pour dressing into container to cover mushrooms completely, cover container and marinate overnight at room temp. to blend favors. Store up to 1 week in refrigerator.
