    1 10-inch unbaked pie crust
    4 large eggs
    1 28-oz jar prepared mincemeat
    3/4 Cup sugar
    1/2 Cup light corn syrup
    2 TBSPN brandy or bourbon
    2 TBSPN butter/margarine melted
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    2 Cups walnut pieces
    Sweetened Whipped Cream (Optional)

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 375-degrees F. In medium-sized bowl, lightly beat 1 egg. Stir in mincemeat; spoon into prepared crust. In same bowl, beat remaining 3 eggs ujtil frothy. Stir in sugar, corn syrup, brandy, butter, & salt until well combined. Fold in walnuts, Spoon over mincemeat in crust.

    2. Bake pie 50-55 mins. or until a knife inserted in center of walnut layer comes out clean. Cool on wire rack completely before cutting. Serve with Whipped cream.
