My Favorite Christmas Cut Out Cookies

List of Ingredients
2/3 cup Shortening
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Mix, and let chill overnight, before rolling out then cutting out.
Bake 375 for 10 min.
I usually double this batch, but chill in halfs.
My favorite way to decorate is by nuking a canned frosting in a teacup with the coloring, for just around 15 seconds. Then frost, and it is more like a glaze, but thicker, and dries harder for stacking after they dry. Add red hot cinnamons, sprinkles, other decors when just frosted.
