List of Ingredients




2 eggs
2 sticks butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup cooking oil
1 teaspoon cream tartar
5 1/2 cups flour, maybe more
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Additional granulated sugar or colored sugar

Cream eggs, butter, and sugars,{ both } mix well add cooking oil, mix until real smooth. Add all remaining ingredients together. Form into balls, flatten with bottom of small juice glass that has been dipped into colored sugar. To get the sugar to stick onto the bottom of the glass put a little oil on it. Bake cookies on ungreased cookie sheet at 350/o for 12 to 15 minutes. This recipe is from my twin sister. And it's simple and so good. Everyone loves these, make with a lot.
