Pumpkin Cake w/ Bourban Frosting

Cake:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup veg. oil
2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 cups pumpkin
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan. Beat the eggs and mix in the sugar. Beat in the oil. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Beat in the pumpkin. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes or until the cake tests done. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes then turn out onto a rack. when cool, frost with bourbaon pecan frosting.
Bourbon Pecan Frosting:
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of butter, softened
4-1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon of bourbon (the best part)
1 cup pecans, chopped (I usually put them in a bag and use a meat pulverizer on them...it makes them a little more fine and chopping a cup of pecans takes forever)
Cream the cheese and butter. Add the sugar a little at a time. Add the bourbon and pecans and mix until the frosting is of spreading consistency.
