Pumpkin Pie Cake

4 eggs, slightly beaten
16 oz. can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (13 oz.) can Milnot


Mix together in order listed. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.

1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks margarine or butter
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Sprinkle dry cake mix over top of pumpkin mixture. Pour melted oleo over dry cake. Sprinkle nuts over top.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour 15 minutes.

NOTE: Can use 1 tsp. nutmet, 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ginger for spices... and...Can use evaporated milk instead of Milnot
