    Roasted Orange Cranberry Sauce

    1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
    1 medium navel orange, peeled and coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 3/4 cups Chicken Broth

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

    Mix cranberries, orange, brown sugar and cinnamon in 17x11-inch roasting pan. Pour broth over fruit mixture.

    Roast at 450 degrees F 25 minutes or until mixture thickens.

    Pour into medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

    Time-Saving Tip: Make 1 day in advance and chill overnight.

    Makes 2 1/2 cups
