Spinach, Boiled Egg and Bacon Side Dish

2 slices of bacon, crisp and crumbled
2 hardboiled eggs, grated
1 large can of spinach
1 Tbl mayonnaise



Recipe



I cook 2 slices of bacon, crisp and crumble them into 2 hard boiled grated eggs. Cook 1 can of spinach and dry it well. Mix spinach with some of the bacon drippings. Mix everything together with one tablespoon of mayonnaise. Can be eaten hot or cold.
