    1 Pound Pecan Halves
    1 Egg White
    1 Teaspoon Cold Water
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
    1 Teaspoon Salt

    Recipe



    Beat egg white and water together in a bowl. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients.

    Coat pecans in the egg mixture, then stir the coated pecans in the sugar & spice mixture.

    Spread pecans in a buttered shallow pan and bake at 200-degrees Fahrenheit for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

    NOTE: Instead of the egg white and water, I dipped the pecans in melted butter and then rolled them in the sugar mixture.
