Sweet Potato Casserole with Walnuts

List of Ingredients
4 C. peeled cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
8-oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 C. brown sugar
2-1/2 T. dry sherry
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 C. black walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. nutmeg, freshly grated if possible
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350*.
With electric mixer (not food processor), whip all ingredients, except walnuts and nutmeg, until light.
Stir in walnuts and put into a 2-1/2 quart buttered casserole.
Spred evenly and grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
Bake 45 minutes, or untl golden brown.
