4 to 8 servings (8 stuffed apples)
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of ground black pepper
1/2 to 1 cup finely chopped, cooked Turkey
1 container (12 ounces) cranberry-raspberry crushed fruit
4 large apples (Braeburn or Jonathan)
Recipe
1. Saute onion, dried cranberries and celery in melted butter for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat; stir in turkey and 1/2 cup cranberry-raspberry crushed fruit. Set aside.

4. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Pour sauce over apples to serve.
5. Place filled apples in baking dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F until fork tender. Remove apples to serving dish. Stir remaining cranberry-raspberry fruit into liquid in baking dish. Pour over apples to serve.
