4 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
2 t butter
3 T brown sugar
2 oz of Jack Daniels Whiskey
dash of cinnamon

Recipe



Gently toss everything in a bowl, then transfer to aluminum foil and place on the bbq (top rack) for about 10 minutes. Serve hot, over vanilla ice cream. Garnish with a cinnamon stick & a sprig of mint, if desired.
