    8 oz. white chocolate, chopped
    1 cup whole natural almonds, toasted
    1/2 cup dried apricot halves, quartered

    Recipe



    Place chocolate in 2-cup glass measuring cup. Cover; microwave on Hi Power for 2 minutes. Remove from oven; stir. Let stand 1 minute.

    Stir in almonds and apricots. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto waxed paper.

    Refrigerate until cool and hardened.

    Makes 12 large candies (24 small)
