    Internet

    List of Ingredients

    1 (8 oz) package Baker's semi-sweet chocolate (8 squares)
3 squares (1 oz each) Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (6 oz) package Baker's white chocolate (6 squares), coarsely chopped
2 cups walnuts, toasted and chopped
    2/3 cup flour
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    powdered sugar (optional garnish)

    Recipe

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets.

Microwave semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on high 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Cool to room temperature.

Beat eggs and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed for 5 minutes.

Beat in chocolate mixture and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until well blended. Stir in white chocolate chunks and walnuts. Drop batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.

Bake 10 minutes or until cookies are slightly cracked but still moist. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely on wire racks.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
