1 step Angel food cake mix
1/2 Cup water
1-1/2 Teaspoons almond extract
1 7 ounces pac shredded coconut

Combine 1 package one step angel food cake mix, water and extract with electric mixer for 30 seconds at low speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Fold in a 7 ounce package shredded coconut. (about 2 cups). Preheat oven to 350~. Cover aluminum baking sheet with foil. Drop batter by scant teaspoons onto baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool thoroughly before removing from foil. Makes 6 dozen macaroons.
