    1/2 cup shortening
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 cups flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup regular cocoa
    1/2 tsp salt

    Filling:
    1/2 cup shortening
    1 cup marshmellow fluff
    1 cup confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    Milk, mix well and add enough milk to spread evenly

    Cream shortening, sugar and egg and mix
    Add milk and vanilla, mix well
    Sift together dry ingredients
    Add to creamed mixture
    Drop by tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheet
    Bake at 425 degrees for 7 minutes
    Put 2 cookies together with the filling
