1 Package Refrigerated sugar slice-and Bake Cookie/18 Oz -- at room temp.
8 Ounces Cream cheese -- Softened
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon rind -- grated
1 1/2 Cups Blueberry pie filling

Preheat oven to moderate (350~F). Press dough evenly in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and lemon rind in a medium-size bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread cheese mixture over cookie dough. Dollop blueberry pie filling on cheese; swirl with a knife or small metal spatula. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350~F) for 35 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Cut into bars. Refrigerate. Makes 48 bar cookies
