List of Ingredients




1 1/2 cup - shortening
1 1/2 cup - butter
2 cup - sugar
2 cup - brown sugar
2 teaspoon - salt
1 tablespoon - vanilla
4 - eggs
2 teaspoon - baking soda
6 1/2 t cup - flour
6 ounce - chocolate chips
6 ounce - butterscotch chips
6 ounce - white chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Microwave shortening and butter till soft (about 1 minute). Beat until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add flour and soda, fold in until incorporated, add chips. Drop onto cookie sheet with heaping large tablespoon. Bake 11 minutes. Cookies will be brown on bottom. Let sit in pan 2 minutes cooling before removing onto waxed paper to cool.


Yields 5 dozen large cookies
