Chewy Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 squares (4 oz) unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. confectioners sugar


Recipe



Mix oil, chocolate and granulated sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Chill several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into balls. Roll in confectioners sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Do not over bake.
