    Cookie
    1-1/4 cups brown sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup Crisco
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 egg
    2-1/4 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    Topping

    1 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1-1/2 cups corn flakes,crushed

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°
    Combine all cookie ingredients and press dough into 15x10 jelly roll pan
    Bake for 15-20 minutes
    While baking, melt chips and peanut butter, stir in corn flakes
    Spread this over slightly cooled crust
    Cool slightly and cut into bars
    Cool completely
