    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup Blue Bonnet® Regular Stick margarine plus 2 Tbsp, divided
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips, (6 ounces)

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Mix flour, 1/2 cup of the Blue Bonnet® and 1 cup of the brown sugar until crumbly and press mixture into the bottom of a 13x9x2" pan. Sprinkle pecans evenly over crust.

    In a small saucepan, bring 2/3 cup of the Blue Bonnet® and 1/2 cup of the brown sugar to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour mixture evenly over the crust.

    Bake for 18 to 22 minutes.

    Remove and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Allow chocolate to soften, then spread evenly over all with a spatula. Cool and cut into bars.

    Yield: 36 servings
