Chocolate Raspberry Balls

18 ounces cream cheese -- softened
16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup seedless raspberry preserves
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Set aside.
In a bowl, whip cream cheese. Add melted chocolate. With a wooden spoon, stir in graham cracker crumbs, and preserves. Chill for at least 2 to 3 hours.
Shape chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in chopped nuts and place on wax paper. Chill 1 hour, then transfer to airtight container and store in refrigerator until use.
