Coconut Macaroon Kisses

1 (7oz) package coconut
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1 cup chopped candied red cherries
1 cup chopped candied green cherries
2 tsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. almond extract
24 hershey's kisses, unwrapped
Line large cookie sheet with wax paper. In a large bowl, combine all ingredinets except kisses; mix well. Drop coconut mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Press one candy kiss into the top of each. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm.
