2 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups of corn flakes
1/2 cup nuts, chopped coarse
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 300F. Beat egg whites until frothy, gradually beating in sugar and continue to beat until mixture is stiff. Add remaining ingredients. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets lined with wax paper. Bake at 300F for 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan while warm. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
