    List of Ingredients

    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup butter -- softened
    2/3 cup sugar
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 large eggs -- at room temperature
6 ounces dark chocolate -- coarsely chopped
1/3 cup dry-roasted salted peanuts -- coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 13x9x3-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Spray foil with vegetable cooking spray.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.

Beat butter and sugars in large mixing bowl until light and fluffy, using a hand-held electric mixer. Beat in peanut butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour mixture in two additions, beating well after each addition. Spread mixture in prepared pan.

Bake for 25 minutes or until no imprint remains when touched lightly with finger. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes to soften chocolate. Spread chocolate evenly and sprinkle with peanuts. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 24 bars. Store bars in an airtight container.
