1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 1/3 c. baking mix, e.g. Bisquick
1 egg
1 T. sugar
green frosting
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease baking sheet. Cream together the butter and the pudding mix. Balend in the baking mix, egg and sugar. Mix well. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to 3/8 inch thickness and cut cookies with shamrock cookie cutter. Place cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake 9 to 10 min. or until lightly browned on the edges. Let cookies cool and frost with green frosting.
