Layer bottom of 9 x 13 pan with whole graham crackers.
In sauce pan mix:
l cup sugar
l l/2 sticks margarine
l/2 cup evaporated milk
l egg
Cook until boiling and thick.
Add:
4 oz. of coconut
l cup chopped pecans
l cup crushed graham crackers
Place mixture on top of graham crackers in pan and cool.
Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
l/2 stick margarine melted
3 T. evaporated milk
l t. vanilla
Mix well, and spread on other mixture. Refrigerate overnight, and slice into small square cookies.
