1 box lemon cake mix
1 8 oz. container frozen whipped topping - thawed
1 lg. egg
1/2 to 3/4 C. sifted powdered sugar


Recipe



In Lg. bowl, mix together the cake mix, Whipped topping & egg. Batter will be very stiff.
Drop by teaspoon into the bowl of powdered sugar & roll or shake to coat well. Place on parchment lined baking sheet, & bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
