Lemon White Chocolate Cookies

1 box lemon cake mix
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup finely chopped almonds
1 small package white chocolate chips
Recipe
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients well and chill for 1 hour.
Using cookie scoop, dip dough and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for about 9 minutes, leaving center slightly soft.
Note: The cookie dough can be refrigerated for up to two weeks, just taking out what you want to bake.
