    Lou Pember Butterscotch Pecan Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg (18-1/4 oz) butter recipe cake mix
    1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant butterscotch pudding mix
    1/4 Cup flour
    3/4 Cup oil
    1 egg
    1 C. chopped pecans

    Recipe



    In a mixing bowl combine the first 5 ingredients and mix well
    Stir in pecans. Dough will be crumbly
    Roll tablespoonsful into balls
    Place 2" apart on greased baking sheets
    Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
    Cool for 2 minutes
    Remove cookies to wire rack

    Yield-4 dozen
