    List of Ingredients




    2 cups flour
    2 t. baking powder
    ½ t. salt
    2t. cinnamon
    1 t. baking soda
    4 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup oil
    2 cups zucchini, shredded
    1 cup nuts
    Frosting:
    4 oz cream cheese
    ¾ stick butter
    1 T. Milk
    1 t. vanilla
    1 ¾ powder sugar

    Recipe



    Mix oil, zucchini, sugar, and eggs - Combine dry ingredients together
    Mix with first mixture, add nuts
    Put into 10 x 15 greased sheet pan
    Bake 350-degrees, 25 minutes
