1 packages (12 oz) Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 packages (11.5 oz) Milk chocolate chips
2 cups Butter or margarine, softened
1 cups Peanut butter
2 1/2 cups Cocktail peanuts
1/2 cups Evaporated milk
1 packages (3 oz) Vanilla cook and serve pudding
1 packages (2 lb) Powdered Sugar
2 teaspoons Maple extract
Line 15X10X1 inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray. In large saucepan melt both chocolate chips and 1 cup ofthe margarine over low heat. Add peanutbutter and mix well. Spread 1/2 in foillined pan. Freeze for 10 minutes, or until set. Stir peanuts into remaining chocolate and set aside. Melt 1 cup of butter over low heat. Stir in evaporated milk, stir in pudding, cook until slightly thickened, DO NOT BOIL, remove form heat, blend in powdered sugar and maple flavoring, cool 10 min. Spread over chilled chocolate. Freeze for 15 minutes. Drop spoonfulls of the remaining chocolate over pudding mix, spread to cover. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
