Pistachio-Pecan Cookies

1 box (2 layer) yellow cake mix
1 box (small) instant pistachio pudding
1 egg
1 cup oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
decorative green sugar
Recipe
Empty cake mix and dry pudding mix into a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil, vanilla and pecans. Roll mixture into small balls and press flat on a ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle decorative green sugar over pressed cookies. Bake at 325 for 7 to 8 minutes or until the center of the cookies is set.
Makes 3 dozen cookies
