    Bottom layer:
    4 Ounces Baking chocolate
    1 Cup Margarine
    4 Eggs
    2 Cups Sugar
    1 Cup Flour
    1/4 Teaspoon Salt
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla

    Filling:
    1/2 Cup Butter
    4 Cups Powdered sugar
    1/4 Cup Half-and-half cream
    1/4 Cup Sherry

    Topping:
    12 Ounces Chocolate chips
    3 Tablespoons Half-and-half
    4 Tablespoons Butter

    FIRST LAYER: Melt chocolate and margarine together. Add eggs, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla. Spread this mixture in a jelly roll pan and bake 20-25 min. Refrigerate until cool.

    FILLING: Cream butter and powdered sugar. Slowly add half-and-half and the sherry. Mixture should be light and fluffy. Spread on cool base and refrigerate until cold. TOPPING: Melt chocolate chips and add half-and-half and butter. When filling is cold, spread on top and keep in refrigerator until serving time. Cut into squares.
