List of Ingredients




1/2 lb. butter
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
pinch of salt

Icing
3 oz. cream cheese
1 t. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar


Recipe



Cream butter and add cornstarch, powdered sugar, flour and a pinch of salt. Mix until well blended. Form heaping teaspoon sized balls and put onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press cookie balls gently with a glass or round object. Don't make cookies to thin. They crumble very easily. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. While cookies are baking cream together all ingredients for icing. When cookies are cooled gently ice. Great as Christmas cookies. You can color the icing or add sprinkles.
